Lunchtime Fireside Chat with Amanda Sterling – Women in Leadership
Event Recording:
About the Event:
TechWomen invites you to join us for a discussion on women in leadership with Amanda Sterling – leadership coach, research, activist and author.
This event provides you the opportunity to hear from Amanda who uses her research, personal experiences with motherhood and leadership, and her neuroscience ninja coaching skills to coach women to fly as leaders.
Amanda has spent the last 15+ years working in corporate leadership development and coaching for local and global businesses. She is currently doing her PhD on motherhood and leadership contrasting the human experiences of motherhood with idealised ideas of leadership. She is an award-winning activist, receiving an HRINZ innovation award winner (2016) for leading a global community of people and culture practitioners to re-imagine, and act differently, around humanity at work.
Amanda Watson will facilitate the online webinar and online questions in the chat. Eva Sherwood & Samar Alrayyes (TWNZ Co-Chairs) will introduce the day, and Pip Gilbert from our Executive Team will lead the discussion on-site at the event. There will be an opportunity for you to ask Amanda Sterling questions both on-line in the chat feature as well as in person at the event. For those attending the in-person Auckland event, enjoy networking over nibble and bubbles at the end.
